Dmitry Medvedev or as I like to call him, Vladimir Putin, is in Kiev today and tomorrow to see his new chum President Viktor Yanukovich. I’m reliably informed that they are planning a leisurely stroll around town with an ice-cream or two before carving up the remaining state owned assets then heading off down the river for a swim and shashlik. Nice.
