If we needed proof that the unofficial, none existent wheat export ban is in fact in full swing then here it is; it has been reported today that customs have blocked 24 ships holding 379,647 MT of wheat without any explanation.
Ukraine exported 653,191 MT of wheat in the first two months of the new season compared to 1.79 million MT in the same period last year.
