The Kyiv Post is reporting that Vassili Lelakis, a board member from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development said the Ukrainian government will not restrict grain exports and it expects the issue to be settled soon.
He also went on to say "Liverpool have a sterling chance of lifting some silverware this season". Top man!
