Busy week for Kiev traffic cops, Vladimir Putin is expected in town on Wednesday for talks with his counterpart Mykola Azarov.Not been hyped up much this visit, the official line is talks about economic cooperation but it could be seen as a clear signal ahead of local elections this coming Sunday.
