Setting off today or tomorrow to run a Crop Tour of Russia.We will hit the road for a few days to assess the pre-harvest condition of corn, sunflower and soya across central Russia.
As in previous tours we will make a rapid appraisal of each
crop with random stops to assess the yield potential of corn and soya – no idea
how to assess sunflower yield potential other that count plants.
We will then produce a short report with our results,
comments, observations and photographs.

This year we have covered 20,000km on the road looking at
crops and plan on a few more tours before the season is out, as far as I am
aware we are the only independent group providing this service so your previous
and future support is greatly appreciated.
We have learnt a lot and have some great plans for
